The Challenge
A multinational organization needed a Digital Product Passport platform capable of transforming product information distributed across multiple enterprise systems into rich, consumer-facing digital experiences.
The challenge went well beyond building a web application. Product data originated from heterogeneous systems with different structures, relationships, and synchronization requirements. At the same time, the solution needed to support distinct branded experiences, multilingual and configurable content, high performance on mobile devices, and continued evolution as DPP requirements developed.
The solution needed to bring these elements together into a single scalable and maintainable platform.
The Solution
Tecknowcore designed and implemented a cloud-native DPP platform, defining the technical architecture and integrating product data from SAP and other enterprise systems into a unified digital experience.
A key architectural decision was to build the platform around a configuration-driven, multi-brand architecture. A single application can dynamically adapt its branding, content, navigation, and available features according to the product being accessed, allowing different experiences to be delivered without maintaining separate applications and deployments.
Behind the consumer experience, automated synchronization processes bring together heterogeneous product data and digital content, while administration capabilities allow business users to configure experiences and manage features without application changes.
The platform was designed for continued evolution, with scalability, performance, and maintainability treated as architectural requirements rather than later optimizations.

The result is a scalable Digital Product Passport foundation that connects complex enterprise product data with configurable consumer experiences.
Its shared architecture allows new brands, content, and capabilities to be introduced without creating separate applications, while automated enterprise integrations keep product information synchronized and reduce operational complexity.
